Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to bookings, purchases and use of services provided by Moksha Wellness through mokshagoa.com and at our venue in Arambol, Goa.

Bookings and payments

Bookings are subject to availability. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Any applicable taxes or charges will be shown at checkout or communicated before payment. A booking is confirmed only after the required payment or advance is received and confirmation is issued.

Arrival and timing

Please arrive at the agreed time and follow any preparation instructions provided for your ritual. Some services require advance preparation, so same-day bookings may be subject to a preparation window. Late arrival may reduce the available session time where another booking follows.

Health and participation

Our sauna, cold immersion, mud, aloe and other wellness experiences are recreational wellness services and are not medical treatment. Guests are responsible for deciding whether participation is suitable for them and for disclosing relevant health concerns before taking part. Our team may decline or stop participation where reasonably necessary for safety.

Conduct

Guests must treat staff, other guests and the premises respectfully. We may refuse or end service in cases of unsafe, abusive, intoxicated or disruptive behaviour. Illegal substances and unlawful activity are not permitted on the premises.

Personal belongings

Please take reasonable care of your personal belongings. Moksha Wellness is not responsible for loss or damage except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Service availability

We may modify, postpone or cancel an experience where necessary because of maintenance, safety, staffing, weather, utility interruptions or other operational reasons. If we cancel a confirmed paid booking, the remedies in our Cancellation & Refund Policy apply.

Website use

Website content, branding, photographs, text and design are owned by or licensed to Moksha Wellness unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Moksha Wellness is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or participation in services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts having authority in Goa, subject to applicable consumer protection law.
