CONTRAST THERAPY · NORTH GOA
Moksha’s Fire & Ice Reset pairs a traditional wood-fired sauna with a controlled ice bath in Arambol, North Goa. The contrast-therapy sequence makes room to cool down, hydrate and rest between heat and cold. Take each step at a comfortable pace; there is no cold-exposure target to beat.
The ₹1,200 Fire & Ice ritual combines the two elements. Prefer to start with just one? Explore our wood-fired sauna in Goa or standalone ice bath in Arambol. For a longer earth-led combination, see Earth Rejuvenation with mineral mud.
